Previously, adding new feeds could be a bit inconvenient due to minor issues in the dialog windows. We’ve polished everything up, and now adding feeds works like clockwork—fast, smooth, and without unnecessary prompts.

Launch with Windows

Now RSS Reader can start automatically with your system. No extra clicks—the app is ready to go as soon as you turn on your computer. Convenient, right?

System tray support

Want to keep your screen uncluttered? You can now minimize the app to the system tray or close the main window while keeping it running in the background. Everything stays under control, and nothing gets in your way.

Automatic feed updates

We’ve added the ability to automatically fetch new posts from your RSS feeds. You can choose how often the app checks for updates—every 5 minutes, every hour, or on any schedule that works best for you.

New post notifications

Never miss anything important! If new posts appear in your feeds, you’ll get a notification. Plus, the feed itself will be marked inside the app so you can instantly spot where something new has appeared.

Handy settings window

All new features, such as auto-launch, updates, and notifications, can be easily configured in the new settings window. Everything is intuitive, so you can adjust the app to your liking in just a couple of clicks.
