Subscriptions may be offered through third-party platforms such as:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• RevenueCat-enabled billing flows
• Other authorized sellers or payment providers

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform or seller where the purchase was made
• Billing and subscription management are handled by the respective provider

1.3 Trial Versions

Some applications may offer trial versions or limited free access. Trial limitations vary by product and are described within the application itself, such as on the paywall or product screen.

2. Payments and Refunds

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including:

• PayPro Global
• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Other authorized vendors

We do not process payments directly and do not store payment details.

Refunds, billing disputes, subscription cancellations, and payment issues are handled according to the rules and policies of the provider through which the purchase was made. We do not override or control those refund decisions.

3. User Content

Some applications allow you to create, edit, or store your own content, such as exams, results, files, or similar materials.

• You retain ownership of the content you create
• Such content is primarily stored locally on your device or in your own storage
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• We do not store such content on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the software except as permitted by law
• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing, activation, subscription, or security mechanisms
• Use the Service in any unlawful manner

5. No Account Requirement

Our applications generally do not require account registration. Access is provided through license keys, trial limitations, or subscriptions depending on the product.

6. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices, or permanent availability of any specific feature.
